My Fees & Policies
Initial Consultation (Free & Required)
Before we begin working together, we need to meet and get to know each other a little bit. I require a free 15-minute Discovery Conversation via online teleconference or phone call.
Online Sessions
As of Jan 1, 2026 my fee is $120 for a one-hour individual session, and $150 for a one-hour relationship session.
All sessions are booked directly with me via email, and conducted online using a secure teleconferencing platform.
*As of June 20, 2024, psychotherapy services are no longer subject to HST. Fees shown are fees billed.
*An appointment should be booked only after a Discovery Conversation has been completed.
In-Person Sessions
I am currently working online only. Should you wish to meet in person, please let me know and we can discuss possibilities.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes so I can offer the time to another client. You can do this by email.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee. If we’re able to reschedule within the same week, the fee will be waived. Please note that most insurance plans do not cover missed appointments.
If you’re running late, please email me. I will remain online for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, the session will be considered missed and the full fee will apply.
