My Fees
Initial Consultation (Free & Required)
Before we begin working together, we need to meet and get to know each other a little bit. I require a free 15-minute Discovery Conversation via online teleconference or phone call.

Online Sessions
My fee is $100 (+ HST) for a one-hour individual session, and $115 (+ HST) for a one-hour relationship session.
All sessions are booked directly with me via email, and conducted online using a secure teleconferencing platform.
*An appointment should be booked only after a Discovery Conversation has been completed.
In-Person Sessions
In-person sessions are available on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings at St. Clair and Christie, in Toronto. My fees increase by $25 respectively, for in-person sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and appointment changes, as it allows me to offer the appointment time to another client. You will be charged my full fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. Please note that most insurance plans do not cover the cost of missed appointments.
